RENTAL & RETURN PROCESS

In Backpackwifi we don’t like difficult things or processes, so we make everything simple for you. You can check our pickup and return process and you will be amazed by how simple it is!

PICKUP PROCESS

Step 1: Book and Payment

Choose your package, select the days you want and make the payment. An email will be sent to you upon reservation.

Step 2: Pick up your package

Pickup your package in the place you selected on your reservation.

Step 3: Enjoy it.

You will now have internet connection anywhere and anytime.

RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Place everything in the return envelope that we provided.

We included a prepaid envelope for you to return the package. This way you don’t have to pay anything when you send it back to us.

Step 2: Drop it at any post-box or post office.

If you stay at a hotel, you can also ask at the reception if they can return it for you. However, if your hotel does not post immediately you will be charged for the delay.

Step 3: That’s it!

PICKUP LOCATIONS

Hotel

We deliver it by the time you arrive. They will hand it to you upon your check-in.

Residence

Check your mailbox because your package is supposed to be dropped into there. No one needs to be at home to receive.

Airport

Pickup at national airports can be made at post office of CTT.

NOTICE

A guidance on pickup and return is included in the confirmation email that will be sent to you upon the reservation. If you are picking up at an airport, please show your reservation confirmation email to the CTT- Correios de Portugal shop staff. Please note that CTT- Correios de Portugal shop in Portela Airport operates from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the weekend. If you arrive in Portugal before or after CTT- Correios de Portugal operating hours, please leave your accommodation information in the “Comments” section of our reservation form, then we will send it to your accommodation without extra charge. For the delivery to go to your accommodation, reservation requests need to be submitted 4 business days prior to your arrival. Please leave the name you used to make the hotel reservation, the accommodation name and address and also the hotel reservation number in the “Comments” section. Please note that your name should match your hotel reservation name. If they do not match, the hotel will not hold the pocket wifi for you. For delivery to accommodations without 24 hour reception staff (e.g. Airbnb rentals, guest houses, serviced residential apartments and so on), please include a mobile phone number of your Portuguese host.
